Chardham – The most important religious Yatra for Hindus in the Himalayas, which is situated in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand state. As per Hindu Mythology Chardham is Gate way Salavation (Mukti & Moksha).The Yatra passes through four Hindu pilgrimage destination – Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath
Yamunotri Temple: Yamunotri Temple is dedicated to Yamuna River. As per Hindu Mytholygy Yamunotri Temple is built in 18th Century by Maharani Gularia. At Yamunotri, Yatri can cook the rice in the hot water of the Tapta Kund. Yatri take this cooked rice at home as a Prasad.
Gangotri Temple: The temple was constructed in the 18th Century, is situated on the right bank of Bhagirathi. This temple is dedicated to Ganga River (Goddess Ganga). which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Enroute Ganganani Kund Which is known for Hot Spring Water & Harsil is also Known for its natural Beauty.
Kedarnath: Kedarnath Temple is Dedicate to Lord Shiva, Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva. The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, According to legend, the Pandavas after Won from Kaurava in the Kurukshetra. They felt guilty for killed their own brothers After that they pray for the blessings of Lord shiva for getting Moksha. passed by 21kms Trek for the Lord Shiva Darshan
Badrinath : Badrinath Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is Situated On Alaknanda River. Badrinath one of the ‘Ancient Dham of Four Dhams’ is one of the most Impitant pilgrimage of India. Where Lord Vishnu Known by the name of Badrinanarayan. and is situated byat Adi Guru Shankaracharya.
