Morning Pickup from Delhi Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand by exclusive vehicle and proceed to Haridwar for Best of Uttarakhand Tour Package. It will take 05:00 -06:00 hours to reach. On Arrival check into the hotel. Take rest for while after we will proceed to Haridwar Local S/S (As per available Time & frame) and Evening Ganga Aarti at Har ki Pauri. Tehri Dam : Tehri Lake is an artificial dam reservoir that came into existence when the water from the Bhagirathi River was diverted during the construction of Tehri Dam to fill the dam reservoir. The Tehri Dam is the highest dam in India and one of the highest in the world. At the time when Tehri Dam was made State Government (Uttarakhand) has decided to to convert the famous Tehri Lake into an Adventure Tourism. Tehri Lake includes many different and varied activities from Jet Skiing to Hot air ballon rides.

Morning checks out from the Hotel & drive to Chopta (185 Kms /7-8 Hours), The valley of Snow, is full of nature, Greenery, Hills and full of peace. Chopta is the winter tourist attraction which is famous for camping, trekking.
CHOPTA : Chopta is the beautiful tourist attraction of Garhwal region. Chopta is a small region of meadows and evergreen forest area, a part of Kedarnath wildlife sanctuary located in Uttarakhand state, India and a base for trekking to Tungnath( the third temple of Panch Kedar ) which lies 3.5 kilometres away. Located at a distance of 1.5 kilometres from Tungnath is Chandrashila, a summit rising to over 4,000 metres (13,000 ft). Chopta offers views of the imposing Himalayan range including Trishul, Nanda Devi and Chaukhamba. Chopta village is surrounded by forests of pine, deodar and rhododendron and is rich in flora and fauna include rare species of birds and musk deer.

After breakfast we will start the trek to Tungnath. The trek from chopta toTungnath is 3kms upward & On the way you will get the Magnificent views of green meadows and wide range of snow capped. Chopta’s natural views and beauty are a never ending source of delight. Having the darshan of TungnathTemple and after some rest we will start the trekking towards Chadrashila peak which is 1.5 Kms from Tungnath. This trek has something for each one of you – Mountain Lover, Photo Lover, Bird Watcher, Nature Lover, Peace watchers. Like the slang of Bollywood “picture is full of masala and drama”. In all this trek is an experience in itself. Totally mind-blowing. Later return back to chopta evening Dinner and night stay in Chopta.
Tungnath Temple: Tungnath Temple is known as a highest temple of lord Shiva in the world and also one of the highest temple from Panch Kedar Temples. This is on 3680mts height from sea level & considered to be more than 1000yrs old, which is situated on Chandranath peak. Tungnath Temple have dedicated to Lord Shiva. Travellers love to go by trek and experience the amazing darshan and get blessings and peace.
Chandrashila Peak : Chanadra Shila is the summit of Chandranath Parvat. Which literally meaning is “Moon Rock”. This is located at a height of about 13000 ft above Sea level.
